Minecraft Mob Guide – The Cave Spider
Be sure to RATE, COMMENT AND SUBSCRIBE! The Cave Spider, a venomous terror of deep within the earth, spins it’s sturdy web within the depths of mineshafts long abandoned by their now dead miners. Small, agile and deadly, these are some of the most terrifying mobs in all of Minecraft. The Cave Spider is a hostile mob using the same model as the spider, but with a blue skin color and smaller size. They are more dangerous than the regular spider, but in turn they are much rarer than regular Spiders. Cave Spiders do not spawn naturally; they only spawn from monster spawners found in abandoned mine shafts. Their small size (0.7 x 0.7 x 0.5) allows them to fit through spaces one block wide and just half a block tall including those created by slabs, fence posts and two stair blocks facing each other. Cobwebs do not affect Cave Spiders.

Minecraft Mob Guide – The Skeleton
Please take a moment to RATE, COMMENT & SUBSCRIBE! The Skeleton is the undead archer of the night. This video goes into detail about these bow-wielding fiends. This is the forth episode in a series of Minecraft Mob Guides, where we look at all the hostile AND passive mobs in Minecraft in detail. In this episode, we take a look at the Skeleton, the rattling bones that roams the night. Skeletons, whilst quite fragile and weak alone, will actually turn out to be one of your most common causes of death in the overworld due to their very high damage to an unarmored, unsuspecting opponent. A skeleton is a fairly fast-paced enemy that will shoot arrows at the player and any mobs that attack it. Like zombies, skeletons spawn in dimly lit areas, and will burn in daylight (when the sun is 15 degrees or greater above the ground) unless they are swimming in water or are standing in the shade. For example, underneath a tree, outcropping of a mountain or player-built structure. The skeleton has received an AI update in version 1.2 that allows them be about as “smart” as zombies, since they were both given similar AI updates. Skeletons now seek cover when on fire, and can perform many other “smarter” actions. Minecraft Mob Guide – The Wolf
The Wolf is a savage beast, roaring with utter ferocity, but underneath all of that is an adorable hound who just wants to be Man’s Best Friend. We shall take a detailed look at them. This is the ninth episode in a series of Minecraft Mob Guides, where we look at all the hostile AND passive mobs in Minecraft in detail. In this episode, we take a look at the friendly canine wolves of Minecraft. Well, you’ve got to make them your friend first, until then they’re fierce packs of wolves that prey on sheep. Once they are your friend, though, they are Man’s Best Friend. Wolves are a type of mob that can be allied with the player once tamed (fed bones). They are agile creatures, as they jump and run on land and swim in lakes and oceans. They will shake themselves dry when they reach the shore after a swim or if drenched by rain, or otherwise come in contact with water. Wolves are 1 block in height, 2 in length, and 1 in width (1 x 2 x 1). Like almost all mobs, Wolves are vulnerable to drowning, suffocation, falling, contact with cacti or lava, and will actively take damage from being set on fire or coming in contact with attacking hostile mobs. Wolves will spawn in all difficulty levels (including peaceful), and only in Forest, Pine Forest, and Taiga biomes. NOTE: Any strange sexual messages in the tags are purely accidental.
