not really, because if you have just brimstone, you get full damage, but when you get chocolate milk as well, it puts your damage back to what you had before brimstone. (or at least that’s what happened when i tried it.)

JC if you ever get the chance to read this, here is a pro tip about Brimstone: If you hold the charge down before entering a room, it will stay charged when you enter and the monsters attack. So if you ever feel like using it again, try holding your shot before going ahead.

The brimstone is really good if you know how to use it. The damage with brimstone you can get is infinite, with that I mean that the more damage upgrades you get the more damaging it gets, without any limit. The brimstone also is piercing and spectral so if you have high damage, this item is one of the most powerful in the game, trust me, I try to always pick it up, it’s really powerful.
