one of my fav games :)) but i keep taking damage and i can’t get the last achievments T_T

actually you can use up all your red hearts in the devil room and not die, it gives you 2 blue hearts. but if you use all your red hearts on the blood donation machine you die even if you have blue hearts.. :(

Binding of Isaac is one of my favorite games, and since everything is so random every build is unpredictable and unique. Excellent choice for an LP.

@PROTSXgaming The red hearts only fill up empty heart slots, they don’t give you extra hearts :) You get extra hearts from items etc.
