You can manually spawn the Queen Bee, but as usual, you need to gather some irritating resources. It’s called an “Abeemination” and you need: 5 Honey Blocks (forms when water touches honey), 3 Crispy Honey Blocks (forms when lava touches honey), 1 Stinger, 5 Hive blocks, 2 Obsidian and a Bottled Honey. You need to craft it at a Crimson/Demon altar and she can only be summoned in the jungle. Once you get a good three way generator going, you can farm her like crazy. Hope this helps!

The Abeemination, which will summon the queen bee, is crafted With:
5 Honey Blocks, 3 Crispy Honey Blocks, 1 Stinger, 5 Hive blocks, 2 Obsidian, and 1 jar of Bottled Honey.
The queen bee can be summoned at any time, and anywhere in the Jungle Biome.
