Minecraft – Darkness Falls – Part 5

Minecraft - Darkness Falls - Part 5In this new series the Crew must save the world of Minecraft from an evil dragon who has cast a spell turning the world to eternal darkness. The Crew are the only heroes near the dragons home and have only one day cycle before it is night forever. Our band of heroes must stay alive and reach the end, kill the evil dragon, and save the world of Minecraft! The difficulty is set up for this series, and if you die a remaining player must sacrifice a diamond in lava to bring that player back in the game. On your second death two diamonds must be sacrificed and so on. If all players die before someone can be brought back, the game is over, and the world of Minecraft stays dark forever. Minecraft Mob Guide - The OcelotThe latest Minecraft update, version 1.2(yet to be released) will bring us the Ocelot, a new passive mob. This video will go into detail about these felines. This is the fifth episode in a series of Minecraft Mob Guides, where we look at all the hostile AND passive mobs in Minecraft in detail. In this episode, we take a look at the Ocelot. These nice creatures can be tamed and become house cats. These guys are nice to have around. In their natural habitat, these felines will welcome you to the jungle. Ocelots are passive mobs that normally spawns in Jungle Biomes. They are the second tameable mob to be introduced into Minecraft, the first being Wolves. The Ocelot is a mainly passive, ‘shy’ mob which will not attack the player. Should the player move or look too abruptly near one, it will sprint away. Ocelots are the first mob with the ability to sprint, as well. If enclosed and unable to escape, they will stand still until an exit is made, after which they will quickly sprint through it. Wild Ocelots will occasionally slowly sneak up on chickens, then proceed to pounce and kill. However, their behavior when taming takes priority over this behavior. To tame an Ocelot, the player must be holding Raw Fish while standing perfectly still and not looking around too quickly. It will slowly approach the player, and while in this state, using Raw Fish on it will tame it, changing it to one of the three tame ‘cat’ types. This will also end its shy behavior.
