Mindcrack Ultra Hardcore – S8E04: We Hunt
Welcome to Season 8 of the Ultra Hardcore series. Season 8 has 15 participants in a Free For All, every man for himself, style of game play. The map is randomly generated with a bedrock border around its 1600×1600 perimeter. The goal is to kill or outlive all the other players. The only way to recover health in this is with golden apples or instant health potions. Golden apples require a 8 gold ingots (instead of nuggets) and an apple to craft. Glistering Melons require 1 gold block (instead of 1 nugget) and a melon. Health does not recover from keeping your hunger bar full. I hadn’t watched any of these videos…until now. Pretty nifty, although the lag is almost a deal breaker. I can tell it really bothers your sense of fairness and enjoyment. It’s also refreshing to see someone who wants to win but feels badly about doing the deed rather than foaming at the mouth. Kudos!
