Not if you have unlimited, like me :D And if you have 4G available in your area (and you want to pay 2x what you normally pay for internet) you can do I it about as fast as an average WiFi connection.

For your 1 Million Subscriber gift, TiggyLi made you that really cool anthem animation, will you ever be using that for the intro to your videos? Making a mobile hotspot out of your mobile is not just for Android, you can also do it on Windows Phone 8. WP7 and Iphone, Im not sure, but I guess it will be possible too. A smartphone in general is usually enough.
