for the arcs: do not use the wood trunks because it does not join with the top as long as it is all closed up with stairs. Put upside down half slabs in the corners!
in the furnace room: replace the glass of the window with iron bars and use any type of stone around it (except cobble).
All in all: I like how the style turned out. (and please use more with boats in the man-cave, or maybe make an eats-road between the cave and the stronghold)

Etho put the furnaces so when u enter the room u see the back of the furnaces so now the lamps have bigger use so u dont see the furnace burn

Put lava behind the iron bars and have the window as a hole in the wall (so just get rid of the glass and maybe make it a little wider) This way you can see through it a lot easier. Glass is only needed when mob-proofing things I reckon =P
