The trapdoor launcher you are using for the Pez dispenser is unreliable due to block update mechanics. Here is a more reliable method. Have the minecarts resting on the ground, with powered rail on one side and a halfslab on the other. Then have a piston extend pushing the halfslab into the minecarts. The half slab will push the bottom minecart on to the powered rail, which will set it going around the track. The other minecarts will be held in place by the half slab until the piston retracts.

I don’t know about anyone else, and I know it’s ultimately up to you, but I’m up for more shortish talky episodes like this? I don’t think it would be as time consuming as most episodes, which would suit more, with all the work you have at the moment. :)
