I hate to be a dick, but many studies have proven that one of the only areas to not have an accent in their language, is the Pacific Northwest of the US. I can’t remember the actual study, but we researched in in AP Language study at my community college. The study was taking people who have lived in the area for atleast 5 years and having them speak different phrases in different languages, the study did finish with the conclusion that the pacific northwest technically had no specific accent.
