  2. MrArcane111 Says:

    Put torches on the left as you branch out… So that you can follow the torches on the right back in!

  8. ICCraft Says:

    What do you use to make that background? Like the font on your letters and the red & blue design thing.

  9. Niittroxx Says:

    @xisumavoid Was a new map using my old keyword as a seed, i like jungles but not with that huge amount of caves, seems like is not an issue on another seeds, so, i think i am just unlucky.

  10. xisumavoid Says:

    @spat96 Yea you build up a mental map :)

  11. xisumavoid Says:

    @NRDVision Will do ;)

  12. xConnorGillan Says:

    @carloalberto1982 I use that exact same technique!

  13. xisumavoid Says:

    @xConnorGillan Similar, obviously he is the inspiration for the idea :) Although i am still working everything out :)

  14. carloalberto1982 Says:

    @xisumavoid Regarding your question about caving techniques… I like your redstone idea, but for dead ends I normally block them off with cobblestone, but leave one block open in the middle with a torch in it. That way I know I’ve been there and there’s nothing beyond it, but can still have a peek in there if I feel the need to.

  15. xisumavoid Says:

    @Niittroxx Could be a good think if you liked caving though

  16. spat96 Says:

    i find the same with walking thru my mines. these days if i find a ravine or cave, i’ll go back to base to get stairs or slabs to clean up the route or get more tools etc, and it really helps with remembering the cave layouts.

  17. xisumavoid Says:

    @ICCraft Photoshop :)

  18. xConnorGillan Says:

    I think the odds and sods idea sounds good, would you do it in the same format as Docm77’s Dear Doc show or slightly different?

  19. xisumavoid Says:

    @MrArcane111 Yea but you will end up going back on yourself at somepoint

  20. TheLaughingPostman Says:

    +1 for odds and sods
