Pills last for the whole game,
except the ball of steel, full health, bad trip (because the give you something only once)

You can look on the eyes the one with the Flys has opened eyes and the one with the bombs has almost closed eyes

Pills. In every game, each colour of pill will always be a certain power up/power down (?). For example, if blue was a full health pill once, it will be again. However, this does not go to other games. So blue might be bad gas next game, or speed up.
And no, they do not last forever. Some of them do. But some pills don’t.

i may be stretching for this but… bombs are grey and the bomb heads are grey. the flies blink red, and the fly heads are pink… again kinda stretching for the logic here haha
