For the skeletons to shoot you, you need to be one more block away, they wont shoot at your feet.
You should also give the zombies a speed potion, because they are still very slow.
And why not just make a pressure pad? Ppl wont see it in the dark and the piston makes enough noise to make ppl suspicious.
And to prefend ppl from running back, you could make a piston block off the exit, that way they’ll have to run along the corridor to escape those zombies!

holy crap just realised this video is 40 mins long! Do you think you could make them a little shorter, like maybe half the size? you could cut out unnecessary bits I guess

look at ethos hyperspawner and add speed potions to the zombies so they are faster.
also put ice under the slow sand

at the end of the maze you should put cobwebs so that the person has to rush through them while the skeletons is shooting them

Make the trip wire open an iron door to the lava so that people think that it’s a door out.

make a way to the next room by putting lava in a hole with water under and a sign that says jump down then an evil laugh and then another one after that, when they trust you, that says jump down for a secret treasure but this one dosent have water under
