Minecraft – How to Construct a Castle – part 5: Castle Interior and Tower (Builder’s Book)
READ: — There are actually a number of Render errors here, please excuse them. You will have to look at them in following clips in order to understand exactly what to do, but I do attempt to explain them in the best way I could, through the video’s text as well as annotations (turn them on! :D) Building has always been something Minecraft has been famed for. The ability to construct the most spectacular of houses and deadliest of traps, but what is it that one should build? The Minecraft Builder’s Book has some very nice things for you to try to construct, learn, and apply in your own creations! In this video, we finish our Castle off by building within it’s interior and building a massive Tower. Just remember that after completing this part, you are free to add whatever you want to it! Store rooms, furnace rooms, dispenser turrets, whatever! This castle design is based of a massive castle I had constructed on the shameless Minecraft rip-off Fortress Craft. I had bought it simply because it seemed like Minecraft on Xbox, and it was rather cheap. The Castle I made there seemed to impress some other people, so I’ve decided to recreate it on Minecraft. StarForge Alpha .100 “Quick Look” (Sci-fi Sandbox Shooter/Builder)
Quick look at StarForge! I literally discovered it 15 minutes before making this video. “StarForge is a game about gathering resources, building bases, crafting anything you want, and surviving on an alien planet. Earth’s star is dying and humanity transferred as much technology and resources as possible and left on a one way mission to populate another planet. StarForge was inspired by Halo, Warcraft 3, Borderlands, Terraria, and Minecraft. It borrows elements from the RTS, FPS, RPG, Voxel Builder, Tower Defense, and Physics Sandbox genres. We are building a dark and serious universe and want the player to live out their own unique story on the procedural planet.” Developer’s preview of alpha .100: www.youtube.com Official site: www.starforge.com IndieDB: www.indiedb.com FORUMS: punchwood.com TWITTER twitter.com FACEBOOK: www.facebook.com

Minecraft: How to Construct a Castle – Part 4: Moat Mob Trap (Builder’s Book)
Please take a moment to RATE, COMMENT & SUBSCRIBE! Building has always been something Minecraft has been famed for. The ability to construct the most spectacular of houses and deadliest of traps, but what is it that one should build? The Minecraft Builder’s Book has some very nice things for you to try to construct, learn, and apply in your own creations! In this video, we dig out a moat around our Castle’s perimeter. This moat is filled with water and actually doubles up as a functional drowning mob trap! Minecraft: How to Construct a Castle – Part 3: Basic Entrance and Walls (Builder’s Book)
In this video, we finish off the walls of the castle using the knowledge we gained in the last video. We then construct a basic entrance. Kinda small, I know, but the next few eps will make up for it! :D This castle design is based of a massive castle I had constructed on the shameless Minecraft rip-off Fortress Craft. I had bought it simply because it seemed like Minecraft on Xbox, and it was rather cheap. The Castle I made there seemed to impress some other people, so I’ve decided to recreate it on Minecraft.
