String Obsidian Generator (Not Redstone)
I recently built an obsidian generator in my LP base, but that one required you to use a redstone for every block of obsidian. Now we can use a string next to a tripwire hook to make obsidian. Exactly what i was looking for, I need loads of obsidian and have too mich string frim my cave spider xp farm :)

Farm spiders or cave spiders and you’ll get tons of string.

And it goes real fast. Most contraptions don’t take their metric tons of redstone in actual wire usage, most of it comes from the redstone you have to sink into torches, repeaters, pistons, and plenty of all of the above

it will only work if you lokk at the machine at f: 0 and 1

if you take away the trip wire hook will it work with red stone?

It follows the south-east rule. make sure it faces a certain direction.

I hope they don’t fix this because i have a couple double chests of string without anything to use it for. Its from my cave spider XP farm :)

Improvment: It gets auto triggered if string is placed. With a BUD switch.

I have my minecraft in 1.3.2, so that´s not the plausible thing. Maybe that it´s why i can´t do these? Does any1 have this ver. & it works?

i got like 4 double chest of redstone they should get rid of fortune ..
