I liked the strategy much better this time. But that being said you could have made one obsidian block at the entrance at very end of the build and then the other team would have to find diamond before they even entered.

Yeah obsidian at the front would be a huge dilemma for the other team. And they should’ve used cactus inside too. But they still did a pretty good job.

if i was there i would done 6 cobble stone layers get sand gravell put 4 stacks hight on top of cobble and random lava
