They did it so that they can fit more stuff into the films that they wouldn’t have been able to do in one film. I think the third film is more to do with the appendixes at the back of The Return of the King. On the down side it means i have to wait longer to see Smaug :( Can’t wait for December either Paul :)

Paul can you make your videos a little bit longer like you use to. i enjoy siting down and watching your series.but when the video ends i get sad.but then the next episode pops up and i get a huge smile.:D
