Airport or solar but if u do solar u have already down graded your solar energg so its smaller so if u had an airport u would get mor people or do an airport

Xsuma, the utilities do create jobs. There’s no good way to tell which ones make which jobs, but just think about it logically. Coal mines make jobs for low income, and hospitals make jobs for medium wealth.
