you can also bring a bucket of LAVA , place it in nether , get ice block place it over the lava , let it melt and vala!!!!

use 39-37 in enchanting table or if your lucky you can use 22 to get silk touch

@MrXtreme1999 no. doesnt work wil ice anymore either… but i hear they might be bringing that back. hopefully.
