I would use some glass and stone to make a glass arch roof over the shop. That way it will have a more open feel to it. :D

You should make a more efficient way to breed mules, and perhaps find a better way to deliver the mules to the shop, maybe with a cart system from your skull or something? I don’t know if mules go in cars or not.

Monkeyfarm, you can mouse over the item in your inventory and press a number on the numberpad instead of having to switch the items around.

Instead of replacing the mule every time it is bought once, you could make another drop down dispenser right above it with a delay, until the first dispenser closes and opens the second above it to drop into the first dispenser.
I hope that made sense. Great job though!

Monkey you are only getting 60 fps because v sync is on. If you turn that off you will get as many frames as your computer wants to do.
