You should have compared to lava with boots to lava without boots.
Comparing lava with boots to water with boots proves nothing unfortunately.
Not that I doubt your results, just that the visual appears to say nothing
to the conclusion.

Another thing I thought about was a wither farm and therefore I’d like to
know if withers can drown and if they can destroy blocks while under water
(like stone or obsidian, testing everything would be a nightmare xD)
