HaHa. You made your Portal 2 wide and 2 hicgh. Wrong dimensions. It needs to be 2 wide and 3 high.

yes… the obsidian on the back prevents the portal… you can put any other material behind the portal (i always put in a back wall) BUT NOT obsidian, lol.

Put the lava in a furnace ! its amazing!

Did you know that if you put a lava bucket in the furnace you get to cook 100 things with 1 lava bucket?

@FurryFunCat that isn’t the thing stopping it, because you can have a wall of obsidian with a 2×3 ole and have it work.

The Slime must have despawned. That’s what happened to mine.

Could it be that the obsidian you didn’t place hasn’t updated itself so the portal couldn’t light.but I am no great thinker, so I am not sure.

The portal is not working because theres other obsidian blocks connected to the portal.
