In certain situations, some apricorn balls work better than an ultra ball
e.g Dusk ball is 3x at night vs 2x for Ultra ball.

It wasn’t a boss it was actually a shiny Trapinch. It didn’t have the boss
name. Trust me, my brother had a shiny Trapinch on his Emerald game and it
was the same color as the one he found.

shiny pokemon arent neccesarily blue Paul. Each individual pokemon will
have a unique colour different from the rest :)

Yes, Paul, the Pokedex is pointless here and in the actual games. It should
be like the show where you can read up on most pokemon during battle. It
could cost you a turn but give you information about the species (type,
weaknesses, known abilities) and also about this specific pokemon (stats,
moves, items, etc).
It’d also be cool if you got the basic pokedex in the beginning from
whatever professor the game has and then you have all the information for
the first 150 in your region but you won’t have info on pokemon from other
regions until you meet them in trainer battles but as you beat gym leaders
or travel to other regions, you get the regions pokedex info.
That’s how I always thought it should work.

Hey paul, you should try to learn a bit more by browsing Seribii or Smogon
or Bulbapedia etc. They will teach you all you ever need to know :)

paul there are two types of fossil machines and they hard to make so if you
want to revive that fossil as a living master peice by professor paul and
get a lapiras they are found in the ocean and they tank hardcore bossness
get a lapiras pls good luck with the fossil machines

Well even though Paul is right the ultra ball is the best ball YOU CAN MAKE
but it’s obviously not better than some boss pickups such as how certain
balls have advantages like a heavy ball makes it easier to catch heavy
Pokemon but overall the master ball is the best

paul you should know Pip is Steel type as well as water
its also better to use a variety of move types.
other balls can have better results like the heavyball is good for heavy
pokemon

shiny.
