@CookieMomsterCS he used slow slab things
instead of blocks of snow or quarts he stacked them and left spaces inbetween

AYE i love this texture pack but now i updated the cracked mincraft version and now i cant use that texture pack anymore BUT I HAD IT !!!!!! :(

He always uses the same RESOURCE pack Flows HD though he did change the SHADER PACK to be Depth of Field
there is no such thing as a TEXTURE pack any more

use that texture pack for your next modern lets build please the snow and the quartz are the same colour so you can use quarts and snow :)
