When you’re standing on the pressure plate, the block below it is powered. Since you have pistons diagonal to the powered block, you have created a BUD switch. When you place the block of cobble (or anything that causes an update), the piston kicks off as you would expect from a BUD switch.

There is space in corner for the lava, but I guess you can do that with redstone lights…

Btw tyken, blazes are hurt by damage potions, not healing potions like u said u needed

Tyken the “glitch” you found is something you know about and have already used. When you were steping on the pressure plate you were powering the piston diagonaly and when you gave it an update it extended. Sounds familiar? That’s cause its a BUD Switch :)

Make an enderman farm. They give a lot of XP faster and you get enderpearls. There are designs that a relativily easy to make and modular.
