@Tyken132 there is a natural cave system near where you are trying to make an elevator.

ethos lab elevator,look for his tutorial,he made one on his lets play,i think it was on episode 144,maybe 143,its the best one i have ever found,if you wanna make one to transport blocks,you can check 81dwd tutorial,use MUCH more resources,almost 2 times more,but it is cool too.hope this helps! :)

If you search trapdoor elevator and find one by jiza and whitlite it’s compact but requires lots of repeaters

can u reset the alarm? cause i close the alarm door and now i cannot close the door and have the alarm go and it is not working
