This means that the fastest horse on MC (14.34 bps) achieves a little more
than 51 km/h. The world’s fastest horse sprints at 88 km/h. So yeah, we
have been fooled, horses on Minecraft are not realistic! :-P

This is awesome… it’s meant for horses but I’m sure it can easily be
adapted for people who want to do the math to determine how fast minecarts,
boats, players, mobs, etc move, as well as how big of a difference having
speed potions or beacons affect you. Really amazing creation xisuma :D

(The piston circuits are actually latches.)
The idea of using items is really good. You could make it silent but then
it would only be half as accurate I reckon? Anyway, great build.
I wonder what happens when Keralis measures Name Tag’s speed on
Hermitcraft. Since he is lagging every time when on a horse, he might get
to the end before he started …
