minecraft full auto ink harvesting – squidcart system

minecraft full auto ink harvesting - squidcart systemproof of concept. thanks to ethoslab for the idea and xspyjj for his squid collection video . this is a slow, but fully automatic afk-safe ink harvesting system. minecarts stay intact and items are delivered below the squidcart harvester thing. build this above your item collection area to get ink, afk-style. minecraft! links ethoslab ep 39: www.youtube.com xspyjj squid collection and transportation system: www.youtube.com

@BobDawg173 i’m just gonna crush them instead but i might also try your idea too, so they get pushed upwards into the lava. give them a quick haircut lol :)

thanks, i guess you just have to think of something specific that hasn’t been done and you might find something new. that’s what i love about this game there are new inventions and discoveries everyday!

wondering if you could put a half block under that cart under the lava to raise it up a little? pretty cool!

maybe, but then the items wouldn’t flow off the half block. i have some other ideas for how to make this faster, by finding ways to make the squid stay in the lava longer. thx for comment :)
