I see, I didn’t think of that. So I suppose the only reliable way is to use the “instant” signal and add 119 filler items to make the signal strength 3 when there are two stacks of seeds.

If no one still helped you here is how you do it. When generating a new world you can see you can actually press the ‘World Type’ button, so press it once and now load the world (create it). There you have a superflat world.

if you did want to get the exact number of seeds then just increase the signal strength needed and add as many decoy items into the chest that you need so that it will count the right amount of seeds.

Xisuma u could have the repeater that locks the hopper have something like 2-4 ticks to allow the 3 more seeds to get through
