Imagine setting up a custom map where you can pet it and take care of it. Maybe a PVP map, where the goal is to get heads, so you can feed it to your little skelly horse so it gets happy. Cute + dead + absurd = Awesome!

If they were added to the game (that filter only changes the entities properties which means that the game was programmed to receive that type of horses), it will probably go for that purpose or just map makers
