the most annoying is sheep’s, when they have already been shredded all they do is block my way.
other than that endermen is annoying as they take one block ruining my awesome build, it is also annoying when you arrive somewhere and there is lots of holes in the trees

Honestly, I terribly hate zombies. I listen to minecraft rather loud because the sounds are rather quiet. But when a zombie groans unexpectedly on the other side of a wall, or even right behind me, I have been know to knock my mouse off the desk in terror.

Ghast, when they miss you and the fireball hits my creations in the Nether, plus the noises they make are extremely annoying! I also die a lot while building something because of lava below, and the fireballs blowing up in my face.
