I like both Enderdragon and Spider Jockeys. The Endedragon for it’s animations/differences and the bossness, and the spider jockey for being rare and combining 2 monsters.
For redstone devices: RedPower 2, ‘Nuff said.

Redstone minaturised, theres already a mod out. It basicly allows you to place 64 redstone blocks(torches,repeaters, wirring)in one block.

VOTE: Let me think, Ender Dragon is annoying, basically instakills, breaks blocks, heals himself and drops nothing but a useless egg, and 2 lvls worth in EXP, witch your not gona use.
SJ on the other hand, look cool, have 2 drops, spawn 2 mobs when killed, and are, I guess you could say, a mini boss that can spawn at any time and presents a real challenge for the player, so ya, Spider Jokey all the way. (across the sky)

something to collect loot automatically, that’s all that we need really to keep the vanilla feel of the game
