You should try to breed the animals, then kill one of them when you have 3
cows/pigs and breed them again. This probably sounds really messed up, but
it is a viable option for food. The seeds are easy to plant and get wheat
to feed to the animals and steaks are one of the most efficient foods in
regard to hunger saturation.
