Well, at least now that the world’s gone people can have a sense of
closure. I didn’t realise that you can actually be killed by the Dragon’s
death sequence. Maybe Etho can go down as the first person to die in the
very action of beating Minecraft.

Well, the end to this was… dark, to say the least.
An astronaut who hates his job is the only one of fifty to survive a crash
on an empty hostile planet. This combination of survivor’s guilt and
loneliness come to a climax as Etho says,”Goodbye World”, a classic line
said before suicide. After eating a mysterious cake – drugs? – Etho
confronts the Ender Dragon – a metaphorical inner demon? – in literal
darkness, a Limbo even more empty than the overworld. He wins, but the
Ender Dragon has the last laugh, as the resulting explosion caused by Etho
ended up killing him – suicide?.

As Etho loaded yet another rocket into the launcher he knew this would be
his last adventure. He gazed off into the eerie blackness of the world to
see the ender dragon peering back at him and with a mighty roar it soared
through the air straight at our hero! Sadly Etho was already bloodied and
beaten from the fight, thus his reaction wasn’t as quick as he would have
hoped and with a sigh of regret at what could of been, Etho was taken by
the humongous maw of the dragon but it was Etho who would have the last
laugh as, with one last test if will, he pulled the trigger letting free
his last missile straight into the beast’s stomach delivering just enough
force to blow the dragon to smithereens. But this is a story of sadness as
Etho’s body was set free he was too broken from the fight to do anything
expect laugh at the craziness of the world he had crashed upon and the
sadness he now felt for his lost comrades. And as a tears streamed down his
face Etho was plunged into the black abyss below, howling with laughter all
the way.

The ender dragon should breath fire, or a giant beam death ray, or land,
and go into melee combat, SOMETHING! PLEASE! This game is ashamed of itself
for its bossfight.
