The XOR gate is used to have the 2 levers function independently. If you realized that you left the fence open and you needed to quickly close it, you could use the lower lever. It’s just to prevent an accident that could cause you to lose too many cows. It’s not needed, and you can remove but I like to have it for some redundancy.

Dude, Understand this, why waste all that effort and time when you can just cook the beef? … -.- i dont find this “machine” effective and i dont think anyone will use it in survival. if so pm me.

This is a simple design and I did it pretty slowly… Just pause the video, complete what you watched and then repeat.
