You do get them, but you have to go further out to new chunks so you can get the new terrain.

Mokeyfarm, you need to load up the witch farm and any nether fortresses in 1.6.3 so that the spawning data stays there in 1.7 or else your witch farm will mess up.

Install 1.6.3 and then cut the map and reload with 13w37b so you will avoid problems with weird chunks loading like in 14:09

Before updating to 1.7 snapshots, go into 1.6.3 and go to the witch hut! If you don’t then it won’t be saved, and you won’t be able to spawn any witches!!!
