Fill his entire base with pumpkins (every last block available), mess up all of his chests, and replace the water in the flower room with lava (make sure it doesn’t burn anything. Vechs will have an insane OCD attack.

Intimidate Vechs by turning the giant pumpkin into a viewing deck. Thank him afterwards. Mindcrackers can admire the view from that height. Maybe you could also have a free minecart service from the museum to the viewing platform.
