Very good! The only problem I could find is if this is in a server someone would run back and forth dispensing all the carts.

hm, could you lock the players position with pistons? I know that would be pretty difficult, but it should be possible, right?

you could recycle used minecarts and bring them back

I prefer this method to the command blocks one, It seems more simple and I’ve never really liked using clocks.
