You should place Iron Golems, give them name tags (so they don’t despawn)
and place them in your Wither Farm:)

Tip: the next time you use ender dragons use /gamerule doMobGriefing false.

what if the player attacks an iron golem with a tamed wolf nearby? that way
the wolf should attack the golem as well, so would the iron golem become
aggressive at the wolf then?
