Life without internet? Indeed horrible.
Life without a cell phone? Considering I only have one because billing
always requires a phone and I don’t have a landline since if I’m going to
have one mobile makes more sense and it’s just a basic like, 6 year old
flip phone, that’s exactly how my life would be if it weren’t for billing
wanting one.
I’m not one for live communication. I like to think and write it out (with
it being nothing strange for me to take a half an hour to write something
exactly how I want it and then to edit it multiple times during the
following hour to make it better) so e-mail/pm/comments is the only type I
like.
The worst being chat rooms and live calls though. When I’m sitting there
thinking how I want to respond and someone is like “Are you okay?”, “Are
you there?”, “Are you still there?” it just makes me not want to talk to
them because they’re annoying me.
I don’t have any patience but somehow people show they have less than me in
those instances. Not sure how you get negative patience, but I stay the
hell away from chat rooms and phone calls to avoid people who have it.
