For the Withers, you can always just have a dispenser place the last of the
heads. That way you wouldn’t have to worry about placing them in time.

Remember that dispensers can place skulls so you could wire up I little
system with dispensers that places them all at once

Withers are quite easy to kill with a good setup.
the easiest way to kill a lot of them would be to make a room with a flat
floor and a good blast resistant ceiling (around 3 to 5 blocks high so they
cant fly/hover out of your melee range), protection diamond armor, and
maybe a resistance beacon will pretty much stop all damage they do except
the initial explosion.
sharpness 5 with strength 2 should do like 15 to 30 hearts of damage (if I
calculated it right), and if you jump for critical hits that would add
another 50% of damage
strength 2 is soo OP, making you deal almost 3 times as much damage.

I think the withers where damaging each other because they attack every
entity (withers included), NOT because they were trying to hit you and they
damaged each other by mistake.

So I have come up with a list of names I think would be good for the ink
sac farm, they are as follows:
-ink sac fall
-the squidinator
-the squidinator3000
-the ink sink
-the ink depository
-The squid killing machine of death that is inside of a mini inverted
pyramid or is the pyramid right side up and the big blue squid is shooting
mini squids out of its water tentacles3000
-inkopolis
-the ink factory
-PETA
-the inkinator
-the inkinator3000
That is all I have thought of so far, I will update this list with more
once I think of some.

5:25 actully, an unknown fact mining fatigue and haste do effect the fight
because they effect how many times you can strike your opponent. (also an
idea for mythbusting?)
