i thought of something X, did you ever see the concept of 4 snow-golems
constantly shooting at a zombie, the zombie then spawned more zombies
within a perimeter and those zombies were transported to where they could
be shot at by the snow-golems…
…now imagine this at the donut, since the spawning mechanics are mostly
the same for zombies and zombie-pigmen at the moment. This would also be a
great excuse for you to make an automatic splash-potion dispenser, since
the snow-golems would need fire resistance in order to survive in the
nether… it might be a bit overkill, but it could be fun.

Great video btw. as always ;)

If you feed them when they’re at full health, that makes them want to
breed. Also, you can use zombie flesh to heal/breed the dogs. BTW – if
you swapped out the ice for packed ice, it won’t melt.

This is gonna take some time to finish X… :p
You have all my support :) I’m really looking forward to this place really
    finished.

  4. Apple Boss Says:

While meat is good… You could set up the kennels with dispensers that
fire splash potions of regeneration every 5-10 mins or so. It will only
function obviously when a player is in the area. While yes it is wasteful
you really only need to put like a double chest full of each ingredients
and you should be on for the whole series. Speed potion dispenser is bonus
    points

Has anyone designed a lake clearer flying machine yet?

  6. Adam EL Kholy Says:

If you hold your looting sword whilst letting the dogs kill the mobs, will
you get the looting effect? I know you don’t do mythbusting much but, there
    is my suggestion

  7. Gouchnox Says:

Rotten flesh works just like cooked meat on wolves, and your farm is
    already producing those ^^

  8. ti07shadow Says:

splash potion of regen. hmm ghast tears.. dam..

Re Uploaded due to black screen errors :-)

  10. Evan Happyface Says:

Make a night vision potion farm. It would not need any torches in the whole
    building.

  11. Blaze Darksoul Says:

Splash Speed II potions on the Magma Cubes so they get to the ends faster?

  12. UnpredictableCurtis Says:

    Why only 360p?

  13. Christopher Sola Says:

Wow, this really is turning out to be an awesome project.

  14. Masre Super Says:

Another way to clear out the lava could be using a lot of buckets (it isn’t
    like iron is a problem)

  15. jalmaanofthegames Says:

Little tip: if you are not doing it yet, if you are afk on one client put
the fps down to 10fps (or 5 with optifine). This makes the second client
run almost as smoothly as if you play with only one client on.

  16. King Yoshi Says:

My computer broke X, so I will build more Yoshi faces as soon as I can :D

  17. KingDaddyDMAC Says:

super cool, can’t wait for this farm to be done :)

  18. Tango Tek Says:

    Loved that time lapse music!

  19. Samurailord Says:

It’s funny how he plays vanilla minecraft, but it looks like rocket science
to me. I’ve never gotten so complicated in vanilla. My most intricate farm
i’ve invented myself was something like pistons pushing the top off rows of
sugar cane and water collecting all of it to one point. For anything more
complicated i’ve just used mods or copied designs of other people. I don’t
even get what’s going on here except for the fact that this farm apparently
    produces wither skulls. Lol :)

  20. Frank Pettingill Says:

Xisuma, were you planning on collecting the mob drops from the glass
overflow buckets or letting them despawn? The blaze rods and magma cream I
would think might be too valuable to waste…
