The quartz and glowstones are exactly 64 u spawned it lol . Dont need to hide it as secret.

Because the higher the lvl the more exp you need per level, and since when you enchant/repair you don’t keep the amount of exp but actual levels anything over 30 (or lvl needed to repair e.g 37) is a waste)

He said why in this very video: Gaining levels requires more xp the higher levels you reach. So it would be a waste to mine all the ore at once because then you might end up with a total of only 3 or 4 enchantments instead of 12.
