i believe that is a cape you get when you donate money to support the optifine mod :) hence the ‘OF’

You didn’t get a map and potion because there only fit 9 in one dispencers and there were 2 dispensers and since you were the 10th you didn’t get it ;S

Now that you mention it.. couldn’t the first person just get lucky, get an iron sword spawn and stand outside spawn killing everyone who exits? :/

the map was set up for 9, then i joined last minute. more dispensers shoul be easy enough to add :)

Oh, and I think the map/potion dispensers were a bit borked because of server lag. I think Biffa got two potions and Hypno got two maps.
