Hey Xisuma with all the Series you have running at the moment don’t force yourself to release the Hermitcraft one as often, take your time, your lp is nice for beeing as well planned as it is!
As for the dispensers, a redstone kit maybe? Unenchanted Items for the enchantingtable at the bottom seems like an ok idea as well.
The enchanting pit might look nice if you removed the glass completely and just put the stairs all the way to the edge (i think you had it like that at first anyways)

In 1.2.5 i have an enderfarm and when i enchant in the end i get a ton of stupid fort 3 but neer get silk touch which i really want

Great, interesting video, and the stairs look cool. You could even try full glass blocks not just panes, might look cool :)

*you hardly need armour, i usually just use feather falling boots especially if you have a knockback sword or a bow

You could just put splash potions in the dispensers, like speed and other ones like that.
