@thehillsoftware there is no official statement about giving mobs the ability to open doors.Mojang are keeping quite about future updates for Minecraft and are trying to keep information given in interviews to a minimum

@TheCraftingod I have heard people in the community talk about zombies opening doors and how it would be cool (and some say not cool). But has there been any official post from Mojang about zombies opening doors? I know testificates are doing it now in the latest snapshot today, but I would be curious if someone could post a link to something where a person from Mojang talks about Zombies opening doors.

@hillsoftware just found out that Mojang are going to give mobs the ability so they can see if a door is open or closed and they will walk in if it’s open…

@gizmodude I hate to confirm it giz but your right mojang are slowly adjust it so mobs can open doors starting with villagers :/

Good graphics doens’t mean the graphics has to be the newest 3D crazy shit like Battlefield 3. Good graphics to me, means that the graphics fit the theme, and look great for THAT theme. If I saw a CoD with these graphics I’d be like “lol wtf n00bs”. But for Minecraft, I just think it’s amazing. Also the fact that you can make your OWN packs makes it even better like Gizmo stated.
