Xisuma, the R&D research bubbles come along rather quickly but only come along when you are not doing a project

Xisuma, I’ve said this in a previous video (Early into the First Office), but when you have new employees, until they have been worked for at least 100% after hiring, they will somewhat flop your games, which is part of the reason Invasion’s Ratings were lower than expected, a 9+ game will normally be forced into a 8+, or even 7+ game with new employees.
