This isn’t problem with memory but with harddisc, because data on HDD is fragmented. I had same problem, and now I defragmant HDD before every recording and I have 30 fps stable also more but I setup Fraps on 30 fps.

This is a problem with dedicating ALL your memory to a game. Your computer needs memory for the system too, you know.

John, dedicating ALL you memory isn’t always good. Instead try to dedicate about 75%, it might help your frames not drop. :)
