Actually, the reason his suit started cracking is because he turned of his suit’s power. You can see on the left that he didn’t get more than 21bar, and the default is until 25bar. The second you turn off your power, your suit will begin to crack eventually, that’s why you can only use the power off for short bursts when you need them.
