Deep sleep is actually worse than light sleep. You cannot have dreams
during deeps sleep(which is why you did not remember them, and why you
remember them now), and without light sleep your memories can not get
processed. The only bad part, as you mentioned, is that you get woken up
more easily. Something that may help you not waking up in the middle of
the night is your wake up routine. This does actually affect your sleep
schedule. You should try to get out of bed and start walking around within
a few minutes of waking up. I also suggest eating a well balanced
breakfast in the morning. Fruit is good for breakfast (this does not
include OJ, but actual oranges are okay). Hope this helps you in any way.

great video, etho, thanks a lot for all ypur work and your effort, very
much loved and appreciated! <3 :)
I can understand that you are trying to change your sleeping schedule to be
a little bit more .. “normal”, BUT there is, in my opinion, one big problem
with this … every person has it’s own individual ‘biological clock’, so
every person has a certain time of day when they are very energetic and
oher times when they are kinda tired and basically need to sleep, so every
person has it’s own indvidual high and low phases, kind of. and, in my
opinion, if your body got halfway used to your individual “optimal
schedule”, or to a biological schedule that your body finds optimal at
least, it’s hard to change and probably not that good of an idea, to be
honest. because your body has found something that seems perfect, but what
you’re doing at the moment is forcing it to get used to something that’s
against that biological clock, and your body obviously doesn’t really like
that too much and is showing that by being very tired and so on.
what I’m getting at is, in my opinion you’re pretty much fighting the
nature of your body at the moment and that’s probably not too good for your
health unfortunately. the tiredness is just the first step, but if you’re
not really careful, more harm could potentially come your way.
and don’t get me wrong, I’m not a doctor or anything like that, I’m just a)
a bit worried about you kind of and B) I had/have more or less exactly the
same ‘issues’ as you do and I know from experience that your health can
really suffer from defying your own nature.
it’s just that there are certain poeple, that you could call
“night-swarmers” maybe and some that have the most energy at daytime, in my
opinion you have to accept that to a certain degree.

Also etho, very important.. I have too been trough the sleeping struggle
and also found the same problem with not being able to sleep deeply anymore
but I took advice from a wise and elderly man who told me that exercise and
fresh air before going to sleep is very important and it 100 percent worked
for me. Try it and make sure never to give up. Problem solving never comes
easy in life.

Some people are long sleepers and sleep 10-12 hours and it’s completely
natural and normal but forcing yourself to only get 8 hours of sleep may be
affecting you. I’m exactly and expert on the topic btw but it might be
useful info

If you have blocks either side of the rail, the rail will be the only place
they spawn, then you’ll have more pigman issues :-)
EDIT : I find it strange that endepearls are not destroyed when entering
lava!

etho,
everyone’s sleeping schedule is different, for some, their bodies only ask
for 6 hours of sleep, others need 10 hours to sleep, it all depends on your
body. You just happen to be one of those people who needs more than 8 hrs
of sleep. If your body says it wants to sleep for 16 hrs, then let it sleep
for 16 hrs, so don’t push yourself too hard ^_^

etho the answer to your sleeping problem is simple, just go behind the door
you showed us a few episode back and show us what’s inside. the guilt is
preventing you from sleeping. show us etho, show us! you know you want to

I just can’t believe you etho. Almost 400 episodes. That is dedication. 390
amazing, insightful, and hilarious episodes. Thank you for all the hard
work and effort you put into your videos. It truly shows compared to other
people who do YouTube. Thank you for being an inspiration to people, as
well as an amazing entertainer. I just wanted to express my thank you. I
haven’t been around as long as others, but the time I have watched you has
been a blast. So thank you etho for your amazing videos.

Maybe you could throw some jungle wood in the desert path as well as the
birch. It’s got a little bit less of a contrast than the oak and has a more
arid desert look to it I find. Also, since you are going for a bit of a
market feel with the desert city, maybe you could transport the villagers
with good trades from the “school” into stalls there. I really like what
you’ve got going with the buildings so far there!
